Originally from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, Alberto Vega is a young but highly skilled fashion designer who wishes to bridge the upscale fashion world of Mexico and Canada. The skills learned from his grandmother and mother in Mexico inspired his love for design as they outfitted students with their daily school uniforms.

 

High quality tailoring coupled with clean design is a foundation of his studio, AlbertoVegaDesigns. Functional, yet inventive detailing helps his designs stand out.

 

Meeting one-on-one with each client, seeking to understand their desires for each special event, and then designing and fitting each person with a uniquely beautiful garment, is Alberto's joy and skill.

Alberto makes his home now in Canada while traveling to Mexico frequently for family visits and fabric shopping excursions. Recent travels to London, Paris and Barcelona have given him insight to the availability of quality fabrics for designs.
